Recently after turning on, after charging, and sometimes just after not using the phone, it has started to get to where keys have not worked. So, I can turn it on after school and the volume keys don't work, keyboard does not work either, only the keypad on the front. After it is on for a bit everything eventually starts working. It has been on for over a day now and the keyboard still does not work. |

I'm sorry about the problems you are seeing, but it sounds like you are having an "Intermittent" problem which most likely means the phone is slowly dieing. One thing to try is to pull the Battery (With the Power On) and let it sit out for a minute or so, then put it back in and power back up. If this doesn't help, then it's time to get your phone looked at by service... (800) 793-8896 Let me know what you find out! |
