I bought a UX830 (glimmer) about 4 months ago. Just recently, when i recieve txt messages, they will come in, and i will click to read the message only to have another message from someone that got sent to my phone earlier appear instead of the txt that just came in. When i go to my inbox, it shows what the message says, and who it is actually from, but when i click on it to make the message read and to reply, it shows the message from the other person. The only way to fix this problem is to go to your inbox and delete the message from the other person, however the message does not delete, and when you click on it to read it, it says that there is "no content". I then shut off my phone and turn it back on, only to find the messages that wouldnt delete to be gone. However, within the next 20 minutes, it does the same thing as earlier(showing the message from someone else). It has been doing this since last week, and i am about to do a master reset of my phone.

This is by far the best phone i have ever had, and i havent had any problems with it, well except for this txt message problem.
Can anyone out there help me?? It would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ben,
I am glad that you love your glimmer, but we need to get your text working correctly. When you check your memory take a look and see how full it is. If it is already over half way full move your media (pics, flix, music) over to your memory card. I would do a hard reset with your phone by taking the battery out of the back of the phone with the phone on if you haven't already tried that. You could do a master reset and see if that alleviates the problem as well. If the issue pursues we would need to look at it being fixed by warranty.
