I am having a problem on getting music to play on my phone. My sd card when in my computer shows in MY Music folder the music and will play it but when I put the card in my phone,all it comes across is the nothing is in external or internal memory. I will take anyones advice or help. |

Hi. Did you format the memory card in your phone before putting files on it? If not, it's done by going to Settings> Memory> Card Memory> Format. By doing so, you will lose any files already on the card, but the card must be formatted before the phone can read it. Let me know if it works. |

On your phone go to the Menu next MultiMedia>> Next Audios>> You should now see your Ringtones... Before you can use them you have to copy them to your internal Memory. Highlight the Ringtone you want to copy then Select options>> Next Copy/Move This will allow you to either Copy or Move Ringtones to your Phones memory and then you can set it as a ringtone.
