Try downloading the file from this site: http://www.lgcommunity.com/file_library.aspx Look in the "Drivers" folder and Download "LGUSBModemDriver_Eng_WHQL_Ver_4.9.4_All.exe" and try to install this one. Let me know if you're still having problems.

What else could I try? Yeah, unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to use the Bliss to access the Web in "Tether" mode... This is considered a "Premium service which you usually have to pay extra for, and it is limited to "SmartPhones." If US Cellular will allow you to use it, this feature has to be enabled on the Carriers end. Sorry for the inconvenience.
