No I haven't seen this on any of the US Cellular Phones... Which phone are you using? Is this the email client or for Web Mail?

So you are trying to access Web Email? Does the host have any "Flash" Elements on the site? Have you tried clearing the cache and the Cookies"

What WEB mail provider do you have? I have the same browser and flash on my Triton and I don't have a problem with gmail, hotmail or yahoo.

Have you tried clearing your Browser Cookies? It could be Browser settings or temporary files that might be interfering, I'm not sure why you can't see the body of your email.

It will only work if I go into my email preferences and change it to text only. Then if I want to access it from a pc I have to change it back to html. It still will not display any video(flash). Browser cookies cleaned out, temp files dumped. Can this Bliss do what I was told it can do? Is text only, the only way to check email?

Is there a mobile version of the Email site you are accessing? Can you play any Flash content in the Browser? It was my understanding that the Bliss supports FLASH. Let me dig into it.

The user file on the Bliss says it is HTML Browser ready. Why can't I use the html settings. As far as I know there is not a mobile version of my email.

It's probably because of the Flash content, and even though the Bliss supports Flash it is very limited, that's why the "Mobile" version of a Web site will help. If your Email is Web based and is using Flash, that could be the problem.

So what you are saying is that I can only use Text version and not html version, like LG claims the Bliss can do?

It also involves the Web site and whether they support mobile devices as well... If you go to Google on the Bliss it looks great But Gmail on the Bliss directs you to their Mobile portal for Cell phones, if you go to Yahoo Mail it fails to load because the Browser isn't mobile compatible as of yet. It just depends on the site and whether they are supporting mobile devices... I'm sorry if the Bliss isn't meeting your needs. Are you past your 30 Days? Maybe you can exchange it for a Smart Phone that has expanded capabilities.

What site are you trying to use? or is it a private site.
