So I have been killing myself trying to find drivers for the usb cable for my computer. I have vista ultimate 32 bit. I can not find any drivers anywhere for vista and the xp drivers just give me a "Device can not start Code 10" error. My last phone (LG Fusic) was a great phone and had no problems installing drivers and getting it to reconize my phone on the computer. Please help

when i use the drivers for win98 like is suggested in other forums i have the ability to install like 7 different drivers.

lgimdmv
lgsisdmv
lgusbbus
lgusbmdm
lgusbsdm
serspl
serwpl

these are the choices i have. then when i install one of these i get another option to install:

LGE CDMA composite USB device
LGE CDMA USB modem
LGE CDMA USB modem dianostic serial port

and last but not least which mode should my phone be in?

transfer music
mass storage
phone as modem
picbridge

so many options. im confused as hell.

I'm not sure if Rumor came with the CD but the driver might be different. Typically LG phones come with the drivers on the phone already so when you plug the phone in to your pc with the cable it should launch. When you do the install, it will pull up all 3 items to install, you should install all 3. Each one is a driver for features the phone supports depending on what you want to use it for, it will use that feature, such as modem or serial port but you should install all 3. The mode of the phone would depend on what you are trying to do with the connection. if you want to transfer music, then obviously music transfer mode
move pics, mass storage, etc.
