My phone has been working pretty well lately with the occasional glitch that i shrugged off, like shutting off without me touching it or the screen freezing up. Today, i turned on my phone and the screen is completely white with two small black dots on it and what looks like a hair or something. Thing is, I have not dropped it recently or anything to make it go nuts, and even if that was the case, i have dropped my phone before and a few months back when i first got the phone my little sister threw it on the floor, so i know it can take it. Is this covered by LG because i have only had it a few months and I cannot afford the fee from sprint but desperately need my phone back.

My phone did the exact same thing today! The screen went completely white and is unusable. Please let me know if there's anything we can do! We've had the phone for about 6 months or so and have taken good care of it!! This is not right!

Does anyone know how to fix this. It just happened to me tonightafter disconnecting thecharger from the outlet. Thankfully I purchased the it through BestBuy with their insurance. Looks like I'll be picking upa new one tomorrow.

If your phone is within the 30 days you can return it to the provider for a new one. If it is outside the 30 days but within 1 year it is covered under manufacturer warranty. You can contact LG and they will assist you with the process.
