LG

So I am new at this (not only at this forum but also at buying lg phones.) Well my main issue is the fact that i have been through 3 lg Rumors that all had the same issue. The screen would turn white and then eventually the screen would be permanently messed up. Three phones in about three months. I still have the one year warranty but I want to understand why this is happening. Just bad luck or what?

I've had my Rumor for 2 months and my keyboard has to be forced open.. havent experienced the white screen yet but i'm already sending in for a new one...

My friend had his for about 3 or four months and it ended up with a stress crack and he never sat on it or dropped it very hard. Very odd. It Just blanked out in the middle of a text like Bam! Stress Crack.

I had the same problem with the Lg Scoop from alltel. Tech told me was conflicting software so I went and got a different model and just bought a new Lg Rhythm and I love it I would recommend the AX585 to anyone I know.

the screen issue is the same problem i'm having. it seems to be the ribbon that connects the screen to the board. what i want to know is where i can get a new one, the are actually pretty east to install, just finding the ribbon has been a problem.

my rumor1 is stuck on the screen that comes on when u first turn it on.... i've charged it, let it die taken out the battery.... i dont know what else to do does anyone have any suggestions? thank you!

When I open the keyboard up, I lose where I was on the phone. It goes back to the welcome screen. How do I go about getting a replacement?
