i have a lotus for less than 6 months. the damn thing freezes through menus, i never get half my calls and/or texts and if i do get the texts its 3 hours later. i can be scrolling through a menu in the phone, on the browser, or going to answer a call and many times the phone will shut off and restart itself so i cant answer the call or lose whatever it is that i am doing. the phone is great if only there wasnt so much lag in text entry and menu scrolling. also depending on which way i hold phone depends if i can hear a person because phone must have weak antenna for calls and internet. if i hold it upside down or sideways it works better sometimes. i also magically got a crack in my screen. phone was not dropped and Sprint declares this "physical damage." they said LG would be the best bet to have it repaired possibly under warranty, but not if i have to wait 10-14 business days and i have to pay for shipping to the company. i used to have motorolas and if i ever sent in my phone to the company it owuld be overnighted to them at the company's expense, took about 2-3 business days until they determined what was wrong with it and/or fixed it. overnighted it back to me and i had a properly working phone. |
