The phone (Lotus) did not come with any drivers so that my computer will recognize it and I do not see any here on your website. Is there somewhere I can go to get this so that I can start transferring music and more from my computer to my new phone?

Hi, you have to connect the USB cord to your computer then phone and the phone will show as drive (I think E drive) on your computer and you just start transferring to that drive. I've been having probs playing the music in the music player on the Lotus once it's transferred over but I hope this works for you.
