Have an LG Lotus phone that's about 6 months old and now randomly reboots or won't turn on. I believe it has the latest firmware. Tried a new battery - no difference.

Searching the internet, it appears this is a fairly common problem, yet when chatting with LG support they claimed to know nothing about it.

Has anyone else had these issues with the phone? Any suggestions other than replace the phone under warranty?

Also - will Sprint replace the phone under warranty or do I have to send it back to LG?

I'm sorry to hear what's going on with your Lotus... It is a problem I've heard on occasion, and yes if the phone is only 6 months old then it is still under the 1 Year Manufacturer warranty. I'd call support and make arrangements to send the phone in for repair. Try calling: (800) 793-8896

Let me know what happens.

Same issue here. I have two of them LX600 and those both randomly shut off and dont come back on and the battery is fully charged.

They also shut off without warning when the battery runs low. And other of the dozens and dozens of phones I have had through the years gave you some sort of audible warning that the battery was getting ready to go dead.

But this is a small issue compared to the bloody screen problems. I have 4 LG phones and 3 of them have screen problems, cracks or blackness.

Wow, that's not good.... Are they all LX600s? How old are they? Did the screens just go Black? That is really disappointing. Have you tried calling Customer Service? (800) 793-8896

Let me know
