Hi, I have recently moved into an apt in a well serviced area. I live in a bottom floor, with one floor above me. My phone works fine everywhere in and around my apt except my bedroom. The only thing I can think of is that the comcast main hub of all the wires is located below my room and the comcast tv box is located outside one of my bedroom walls. I have service in my bedroom, and my sprint internet card works fine, but i'll receive voicemails and texts minutes to hours late and the voicemails are coming with no rings or missed calls. I have gone to sprint and they have said it was my phone so i bought another one and the problem persists. Please help, Thank You!
Hummm It does sound like a signal issue, it sounds like you might have a lot of interference... How many Signal Bars does your phone display when you realize you've missed a call? I think the reception problems you are seeing are not related to an individual phone but possibly the Model... I haven't heard any complaints but if two phones of the same model are failing in your apartment then I'm thinking it's the model... I'm not sure if an external Antenna would help or not.
Can you retunr the phone you just purchased and exchange it for a different model?
