Hi. I have had my rumor for then less than a year. It's been okay until now, but my key pad has just stopped working.

when I open it to text the letters won't work. every now and then a couple of letters will go in. I have to shut it and use the numbers to text.

Has anyone else had this problem? I hate texting the old way!!! help

You can always call LG Customer Service especially since your phone is obviously past the 30 days.

It probably needs serviced.
