i have an imprint mn240 and constantly get 'offers' on my phone. i have switched the settings to 'off' for both metro messages and bonus messages and sitll get them. every time i contact customer support i am told to remove the my extras app but there is no way to do that... i could not care less about what the top color of crayon is, celebrity birthdays or any of the other garbage that i get all day long. another problem is when i take pics with my phone and email them, they can be seen in the email but when i save them there is no data format. is there any way to fix these problems??

when the phone is connected to my pc it is showing up as a modem too...

To remove my extra steps

go to @metro>>settings>>manage apps >>my extra  and remove the app from there

i have that prob too take your phone up to metro store

To remove MY EXTRA ALERTS steps

go to @metro>>settings>>manage apps >>my extra  and remove the app from there

You can delete or remove my extras by going into @metro .
