We currently own a lg xenon gr500 and have had the phone for roughly 1 month. The current problem we are facing is that we have the unlimited text through att and on this phone we are having problems sending picture mms. Sometimes it will go through and sometimes it will not actually a majority of the time it will not go through. We take pictures with the phone and would like to send them to other family members but after numerous hours on the phone with ATT there was nothing on their end according to them all the provisions are correct and the settings are correct. Sometimes we can crop the image and it will go through after numerous attempts of sending, sometimes not. The picture files at the largest are 325kb. So we have tried numerous things to resolve this problem. |

has AT&T offered to Exchange the Phone to see if it's something with this particular Phone? Cropping shouldn't be needed if the picture is too big you should be prompted to allow the phone to automatically reduce the size of the picture. Bouncing back and forth from Edge to 3G can be bothersome but I don't think it would completely effect the sending of the MMS, it'll tak longer under EDGE but should still work. |

They cannot offer to exchange it since we did not purchase through them but a reputable site that i have purchased many phones from i will try to remove the battery and see what happens with that but now i am having issues with my phone doing the same thing and have had my phone for a year. |

Just as a test, try pulling the battery out of one of the phones and leave it out for a minute or so and put it back in. Doing this will cause the Phone's Temporary Memory to be lost and force it to refresh once you put the battery back and power up the phone... See if that helps. |

I've had the same problem with mine. It takes forever to send a picture or audio file. Maybe Verizon has something with the 3G as the ads say against ATT. |

Does this seem to happen in different areas or is it always in the same spot? I'm wondering if it's an issue with the Tower in your area you connect to or if it's something with the phone. Did pulling the battery for a minute or so help at all? When you attempt to send an MMS message, does you're phone report that you are utilizing '3G' ? |

Have you tried clearing out your Sent Items? sometimes that can help. But I agree with Janice, large files like an MP3 can take some time to send especially if you are in an area with only a marginal signal, or if it's flipping back and forth between "EDGE" and "3G" |
