I haven't heard of this problem before. I'll keep an eye open for it though. Please let me know how your Xenon works after it is replaced.

We just bought 3 neons for our kids. 2 of them are having the same issue - 1 for the second time. I think they have a serious problem with this phone.

waiting on the latest replacement to get here... att warranty requires 3 replacements before substitutions so if it messes up they will sub for equivalent device after this one

I am speaking from my experience...this will be the 3rd neon replacement received by going thru att warranty program for defective devices.
I was told by the rep that it is procedure to send out 3 replacements then if after the 3rd replacement there are still issues they will send out another phone of equivalent value as the neon.
Press the issue of how many replacements you have gone through and if they start giving you the run around either hang up and call again for another rep that may be more responsive OR ask to talk to a supervisor and explain the situation with them.

Similar issues here. Bought within the last thirty days. Phone displays "service detached" and "emergency calls only" message and freezes up. Only way to resolve is to take battery out and reset. I am on the second replacement. This is ridiculous.

bluestokking check this link to your other post. I really think that your issue is a service issue. Did they swap your sim card?

No, they did not swap my SIM. Sent me a new NEON.

I responded on your other comment to my origional thread. I will try to call them AGAIN tommorow. (My frustration with their lack of service, their telling me its not the service, not the account, had to be phone sent me here on my own. Round and round we go)

My wife's Neon has the same issue as missy61384 and stormblyth have described. AT&T swapped out the SIM card, but that has not helped, and her first replacement should get here today. I'm hoping a new phone will help, but from the digging I've done on the internet, I'm not very optimistic.

I am having the same problem.  Swapped SIM cards with another LG phone, and still the problem with the GT365 persists.  I have googled this problem and found MANY MANY more users having the same issue.  Hopefully LG can get a fix for this.  I have been strictly an LG phone user for my last 4 phones, but this issue is unacceptable.

I have heard you can hard reset your phone whenever the problem occurs, but I am unsure of and unwilling to do this on a regular basis.  Anyone else know if there is a software fix for this since it is definitely a defective product that many people are experiencing?

Are you experiencing the sound issue or the inability to make or recieve calls?  I haven't heard anything in awhile, let me know what you are seeing and I'll dig into it.
