My LG Xenon frozed a few times while texting or sending a text and i couldnt shut it off. I need a solution to stop it from freezing up again. |

Does it just pause or is it Freezing? Did you have to pull the Battery? How long did you leave it out? Have you tried bring up the task list and killing the programs you don't need at the time? The only thing I can think of is that it's a memory issue with too many things running. If this isn't the case, I'd call Customer Service and see if they can assist you. I apologize for the problems. |

It just frozed. I couldn't turn it off, the touch screen didn't work, nothing did. I left phone alone for a few minutes and it was still frozen, I had to pull the battery out. This happens when I'm texting, no other tasks are running. |

Thanks for the details... At this point, unfortunately, I would ask you to contact customer service to see if they can help. I sent a phone in with a bad shutter, and had it back with in a week or so. I'll give you the number and I'll continue to look into why this would happen to see if there is anything else I can do. oh boy,make sure you get EVERYONE'S name you talk to at customer service! it shouldnt cost more then $100 to fix it at the very most. |
