The KE970 is a European phone, so chances are that it is "Locked" to whatever Carrier supports it overseas. In order to use it on the AT&T network you will need to unlock the phone so that it will work with there network. Officially LG doesn't support the unlocking of devices, but you should be able to find some info on the web that will be useful... Just be careful because some unlocking procedures can disrupt certain features. |

The KE970 is a Tri-Band phone and since it's an international phone it only supports one Frequency in the US. Maybe it's an issue with the towers and there support for that frequency in your area. I would call AT&T and see if they can help settings or information that will get this going. |

I think that there are some problems in the frequency of AT&T because like what you have said, your phone has been unlocked so if there nothing that disrupting the signal or network coverage then it should be working with your phone right now. |
