My phone has apparently crapped out on me!
I can receive text messages, but when i try to open or respond to them, my phone freezes up.
I can hit the bottom right phone button to get out of the text but it never loads it up for me to read.
anyone got a solution or have encountered this before? I bought the phone brand new off of ebay and dont think i can go to an ATT store to get it fixed or replaced

Your Issue sounds more like a software issue not necessarily a hardware problem... The first thing I would try would be to Backup the phone and then reset the Incite. Sometimes Windows can get messed up and clearing the phone out and restoring it's information can help... The Incite comes with "Sprite Backup" which will allow you to backup your data AND applications to a MicroSD card which you could then copy the backup to your PC for safe keeping. Once you have reset the phone and then restored it, see if it will now send txt messages. If this doesn't work then, unfortunately I would do a HARD RESET which will restore the phone to the Original state. You'll have to manually restore the settings. Test the original set up to see if the txt messaging works and if it does then slowing reinstall your applications.

If the phone is less than a year old, it still carries the LG 1 Year Warranty so you could call LG Support for assistance. (800) 793-8896
