Ok My LG incte (DON"T BUY ONE) has always had issues. And i mean ISSUES. but now when ever i turn it on, the backlight glows and thats it. Nothing else. Zip. Zilch. Nada. NO IDEA WHY. Please help!!

Have you tried resetting the Phone with the Button on the left side of the Incite? Will it connect with your PC using ActiveSync? If it does it would mean that the phone is still alive but there is a problem with the screen. If that fails you might try the Hardware reset using the keys... But ONLY as a last resort because this will erase your data and reset the phone to factory defaults... Power off and then hold down the Down volume Key then Camera Key, and then the Hangup button and See if the LCD will come on. If not then, I'm afraid that calling support would be your last resort.
