I have just gotten my new LG Expo phone. The alarm settings are all factory. Is there a way to customize your alarm settings? If so could someone explain how?

Congratulations on snagging an eXpo!!

Alarms?  If there is an Alarm already created you should be able to Tap on it and it should allow you to change it's settings, and then hit Save.  If you want to create a new Alarm.....  Go to applications from the Start Menu and select "Alarms", Next choose "New Alarm" and set the time for that alarm.  Next choose the days that you want it to repeat on, if you want it to repeat.  Then Tap save or More for additional settings.

when you open the phone's clock, the alarm should show up at the bottom of the clock screen and say "next alarm" you have the ability to set 3 different alarms. When you touch the alarms icon you'll see the 3 different, individualized alarms you can set. You can choose what days of the week they go off, check if they're active, and set each time separately.

Below this, there are tabs, one says more - here is where you will be able to select if you want your alarms to RING even if your phone's ringer is turned to vibrate or silent.

To change the ring your alarms are set with, touch the bell icon next to each alarm - then you can chose which of your phone's sound files you want as the alarm.

 Is there a way to set custome tones for Alarms? Or text messages? Like downloaded ringtones and home-made sliced mp3 sound bites...

I have been able to set custom ring tones; however I still have not found how to set custom tones for other notifications. Is there a way to do this??
