I don't know what to do. How can i fix this? Ouch, I'm sorry to hear about that... Possibly your local Corporate AT&T store could try updating the phone to see if that will resolve the problem... Unfortunately when that error pops up it's generally a fatal error. What I would try first would be to pull your Battery and SIM Card out. Clean your SIM Card then put them back in the phone and try to power up... Usually this error can't be resolved and will need to be looked at by Service... Are you within your One Year warranty?
