I can't receive pictures on my Incite when someone sends them from an i phone. My phone will freeze up and say that message is trying to be sent. I then will have to cancel the message being sent as my phone will run slow and not do anything for long periods of time. ????? Is this just my phone or is this happening with other Incites? |

Are the Pictures being sent using "Bluetooth?" or MMS? Can you tel me the File size of the pictures? If they are larger pictures they could take some time to transfer... So when your phone seems to freeze it's actually just transfering the picture... Just a guess but that's what I suspect. |

i had this same problem when someone was sending high resolution pics to my phone. I never found out why is acted that way but it did make my phone act weird like when i hit my contacts they wouldnt show up and looked like they had all dissapeared. Was prob just trying to load them up, but i just did a hard reset to take care of the problem |
