Hi,

I recently bought a USB Cable that is compatible with my LG Neon Green since My phone didnt come with its own USB. So when i bought it in a store ( I dont remember where i bought it), the guy told me that i can put music and pictures,etc on it but, when i connect it to my PC, it doesnt show up on My Computer. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? It seems that i can only use this Cable just for charging it. Please and Thanks!

* You will need to have a MicroSD card in the Neon's Card Slot.

* You will also need the USB drivers for the Neon to talk with the PC... You can download them from the following link.

http://www.lgcommunity.com/file_library.aspx (Look in the Drivers Folder)

* Install the drivers on your PC and make sure the MicroSD card is in the Neon

* BEFORE you plug the Neon into your computer, go to Settings>> Connections>> USB>> and make sure that "Mass Storage" Mode is selected

* NOW plug the phone into your PC and you should see a new removable drive show up under "My Computer"

* Open the new drive and there will be several new folders on the drive (MicroSD) Put your Ringtones in to the "Sounds" Folder

* Dismount the MicroSD card from your PC by clicking on the "Safely Remove" Icon in the Sys Tray on your Windows Machine.

* Open the settings menu on the Neon and choose "Audio & Rngtones" >> Sounds

* Your ringtones should now whow up and allow you to select them as your Ringtone.

IF they don't show up check the following

* They are MP3 file

* They are less than 160KB in Size and or less than 30 Sec in length

I hope this helps
