Can't get this combo to "see" the 3G signal, but on an XP computer 4 bars. Rebooted, removed, plural. Software DOES function (early AT&T Connection Manager crashes hard), but cannot see anything. CONNECT button goes on forever.

Is there a newer Mac driver/software/reflash?

Is both your Mac and the XP machine located in the same area, could something be blocking the signal? I know that we have a PowerBook with Snow Leopard and the Turbo installed without problems and is functioning... I'm not currently using a Mac, but I did ask the owner if he had any issues during install and he said he didn't.. Is there any indication that the software is recognizing the Turbo? Or does it recognize it but no signal?

I would also try AT&T support and LG Support (800) 793-8896 ... to see if they have any advice.
