I was able to program 470 contacts (470 individual people with multiple numbers & email addresses) from Outlook via Bluetooth to the Vu. I know you all pretty much believe this cannot be done but with an aftermarket IOGear Bluetooth dongle (and it's associated advanced Bluetooth drivers) that I just happened to have with me - I could send individual vCard files to the phone.Just needed to hit "Accept Transfer" 470 times and I was good to go!Not the walk in the park with rainbows and puppies option but still beats manual entry by a long shot.
Thought I'd share, since I was really thrilled that it worked so nicely. |

I was using a Treo 650 and was able to transfer my contacts by pairing it through bluetooth to the Vu. The only problem is that the Treo will not send multiple entries so I had to do them one at a time. But it sure beats having to imput by hand one at a time. |

You can send them all at once from Outlook. You just need to drag and drop them to the phone icon in My Computer. Of course you need to pair the phone to your computer first. It will only ask to download once and then beep for each contact. The same process works for Calendar, Task and Notes objects. |

Dear Napesbill:
I was looking a way to do the same. I just want to know what did you use to do the phone paring to the PC and Perhaps the software you use to do so.
Sincerely

I used a Kensington Micro USB Bluetooth Adapter 2.0. This is a widcomm chipset based bluetooth adapter. It supports pretty much ALL bluetooth services. |

Do you know If you are able to pair phones and transfer between the 2? I ask because when I paired my head set my Blackbery also found my other phone. |
