Just got the tritan about a month ago and its a great phone other than the fact that I cannot set sounds as a ringtone or get my own ringtones to work. Of course the ones that you have to download to the phone from realtone jukebox work but who wants to pay 3 dollars for like 10 seconds of a song and its not the part of the song you want. But all the free ringtone sites do not work and i've tried sending them in text messages and downloading from the web on my phone, neither of them work. Is there just no possible way to do it or what? Alot of money for a so called 'smartphone' and its not so smart! haha |

The Alltel Tritan doesn't allow custom RingTones unless you download them from AllTel :-( |

Thanks lg-Her0, Good Information, thanks for taking the time to post this solution.... I wouldn't recommend trying this unless you are comfortable using your PC and are familiar with BitPim before you try this... |
