Another trashed lg830! now im on my 3rd one. this one (i had to use the mail service) will not update over the air like my first one. It does have the updated software. The first one was trashed when the store tried to flash it. The second one (i was out of country for 30 days) did not work with the high speed net work got a "cannot find 1xrt11" or something code -- cant remember now. But now the new one will not up date. dont know why the second one would get regular calls, but could not use the nav system or any hight speed evdo system. The EV showed on the top but the phone would not recognize. over the phone techs tried to reset sever times as did the store. no luck. phone is great WHEN IT WORKS.......................................and i still have 18 months left in the time period, but they said if it when again i could get a "lemon exemption" that would make them replace the phones even after the warranty period/ lg owners take note/ |

Wow! You are having one heck of a time with the Glimmer! *Knock on wood* My second one is working just fine. I don't really get a chance to use too many of the "extra" features though. |
