Has anyone heard from LG specialist if the 3rd party software is ready yet for a louder ringer?

I downloaded it off my phone through "Software Updates" through "Phone Information" in the "Settings" section. However, if you have an older Glimmer, you won't be able to "connect" to the server. If this happens, take it to an Alltel retain store. They can "Flash" your phone (which just so happens to fry the Glimmer rendering it useless). But, you'll get a new phone for free and THEN you'll be able to download the update. Just make sure they save your contacts first.
