(Through Alltel) My LG Scoop randomly powers itself down. Every now and then I'll go to check my phone and it's completely off. I hit the "call end" button to power it back up. It started doing this a couple of weeks ago.

Anyone ever had this experience? What to do?

If your phone is within 30 days of purchase you may take it back to the carrier and exchange it. Or if it's within one year you may contact LG and they will help troubleshoot it with you and may issue you an Return Authorization. Hope this helps.
