Needing help! I recently had my phone 'updated', I think. Unsure. The lady at the Alltel store couldn't comprehend what I was asking, so she 'flashed' my phone for the ringer issue. I still had V05 I came to find out, but it sounded like the ringer issue was taken care of. Now, my touch screen is completely frozen! Any known issue or fix?! And my phone is a first gen I think if you can say that, ie: won't update over the server on the phone. I read on HowardForums that someone else is having the same problem. Any help is appreciated.
