Both my wife and I have xenon phones and HBS-250 stereo bluetooth headsets. The bluetooth will disconnect randomly, playing music, phone calls, etc. Does anyone else have this problem and/or a solution?

Okay I'm looking into the problem... I do have a question... Have you locked the Headset? On the top of the Right ear piece there is a "Lock button" If you press on it and hold it for about 5 seconds you should hear 2 or 3 beeps, this will lock all of thbuttons on the head set. We have noticed hear that we can accidentally bump the buttons and the headset will disconnect.... Gove that a try and let me know if it works!

My son has tried this headset with his Iphone and it works well. It does not disconnect from either his Iphone nor his computer on bluetooth. My wife has given up on hers. It will take about 5 minutes of connecting and disconnecting before my headset will stay connected to my Xenon. I mainly use the headset to listen to music as wired headphones do not work with the Xenon. The one good thing is that the chargers for both the Xenon and the headset are the same. I would not recommend this headset with this phone.
