i just purchased an LG Accolade to replace a Motorola Razr. I paired the new phone with my Jaguar car system with no problem. I cannot get the phone book to copy from the phone to the car which defeats the whole concept of "hands free". It worked great with the old phone. Why won't it work with this one?? |

According to the Compatibility chart and the specifications, it should be compatible for Phone Book Access. I know we have seen this issue with other models, they are having difficulties as well. I will try to find an answer but I don't have much hope of finding anything quickly. If you are within your 30 days with Verizon you might have to exchange it for something different. |

Thanks for the reply. I bought it based on the description and the compatibilty chart provided by Verizon which showed it was compatible wth the car across the board. Of course now Verizon now says they are not responsible to provide support for Bluetooth connectivity and if I exchange it for a different model they charge a hefty restocking fee. Anything you could do would be appreciated, we like the phones (2). I have seen on this board where LG has similar problems with other model phones as well as other makes/models of cars. I would think LG could provide a solution since this is not an isolated incident. |

Same thing happened to me. I was told by AT&T that the phone would import the phonebook because it had the PBA profile. (It was either ignorance, desire to make a sale or both) Why make phones with features that we cannot use? |

I am sending this in the hope that it may be useful to someone else with a similar problem. With absolutely no thanks to LG and Verizon I figured out how to get the phone book to the car's system. After Verizon told me they have no responsibility whatsoever and LG customer service, email and chat told me the phone would not work in the car it does. This forum was no help either. |

fogeyO: You are absolutely correct. They have no "experts", only people wanting to separate you from your money. |
