I would unpair the device and repair it and in the meantime I will check and see if there is a setting that needs to be adjusted. Unfortunately I dont have this headset to test it. I'll check out the Voyager though.

shulala Member                 0 Join Date: Apr 2009 Reputation: 0 Posts: 2	STOP THE PRESSES. user is an idiot. i had to push a button on the side of the headset, and then the phone takes a few seconds to kick the audio over to the headset. it works FINE! thanks for your willingness to help, and sorry for the goose chase. cheers, shu
