I got a CU720 Shine slightly used (2 months)from my brother in February, the bluetooth would sync with my Infiniti G35's bluetooth with no problem for about 2 weeks, suddenly it stopped working. Since I drive constantly I need a handsfree phone, so I purchased a bluetooth earpiece to no avail. It connected twice and I had to turn the phone off and on repeatedly and even renamed the device and phone as a "trick" for it to work. The second time it connected it only lasted 5 minutes and have not been able to connect to the car or earpiece evr again. I am dissapointed with the phone to say the least and reading all the problems everyone else has I am going back to a Motorola if I can not fix this soon enough....Just ridiculous..... |

Hi,
Sorry to hear about the poor experience you are having with your Shine and Bluetooth. There has got to be something going on with the handset itself. You do have warranty options through ATT and LG. I hope that one of these options can solve this problem for you. |
