Hi, I just got two new LG phones, a LG Shine and an LG Dare both from Telus. I have to say I love these phones. The only problem I'm having is transfering my contacts from the Dare to the Shine. As you might imagine it is much easier to input the conacts on the Dare so I did just that. I paired the two phones together with no problems. When I try to transfer the contacts from my Dare to the Shine I get an error. The error I get is "There is same file name" . It doesn't happen on all the contacts but when it comes to some of them that is what I get. Any idea on how to fix this so I can transfer all my contacts. |
