Hello. I have tried to pair my Motorola 710 Bluetoth to my Glimmer. Pairing seems to succeed, then disconnects. A couple of seconds later, it reconnects. Then disconnects. This goes on forever. I have deleted the Motorola and done a new scan for devices. The Motorola is found and I do the pairing again. Same thing happens. It constantly disconnects and reconnects but never stays connected. Any ideas? Thanks.

The best thing is to determine which item is generating the issue. If you can borrow a friends phone for a minute and connect your 710 to their phone and see if you can duplicate the problem. If you get the same issue then you know where your problem lies. If that does not give you the same results then try and find someone you can borrow their bluetooth headset, try the store where you bought it, and see if your phone keeps the connection. Basically you are determining where the issue lies then you can go from there.
