Hi there! I have two LG phones - a GS505 Sentio and an older VX5500. I recently purchased a Bluetooth headset for hands-free operation in the car. I have successfully paired the headset to the GS505 but I would like be able to add a second pairing to the VX5500. Unfortunately when I tell the VX5500 to discover the device, it says "No devices found". I have read articles online which suggest that I can control this by forcing the phones to use the Bluetooth "profile" called "headset". Anyone have any suggestions or experience with this kind of thing? |

I believe the Bluetooth headset has to support being paired with multiple devices. For example LG's HBM570 is listed as "Multi-Connection (2 phones)" capabilities. So if your Headset lists this in the Specs, you should be able to pair to two different phones. |

Found that I can pair both phones to the headset. Was actually pretty simple once I figured out how to force the headset back into discovery mode. The mechanism will be different for every headset, but I found a link on Plantronics' website for my Explorer 240 and it worked great. |
