I recently bought a Plantronics Voyager PRO to use with my LG Voyager VX10000. They auto par just fine but once paired I can't hear any sound on the phone or the headset. The phone says they are paired but yet I hear nothing on either. If I disconnect them then I can hear sounds on the phone again. Any ideas? |

HI. Can you confirm that the 2 are connected? |

All that happens but still no sound. I tried pairing the new Bluetooth to my old LG phone and it worked fine. Something seems to be off in this phone... |

My bluetooth works fine for phone use but I cannot hear music over it. Should I be able to hear music via the bluetooth? |

Are you able to initiate any of the bluetooth functions like a call (double pressing the call button)? |

The LG Voyager is the first handset with both interactive touch screen and a full QWERTY keyboard. Playback of songs is loud through the cell phones speakers, but songs sounded a bit tinny. The LG Voyager has a standard cell phone headset jack (so you cant you use your own stereo headphones with the cell phone). Since the LG Voyager supports Bluetooth stereo, you can also purchase an optional Bluetooth stereo headset if you want to listen to music without wires. |
