Just got an LG Xenon last month after Palm Centro died. Pairs up just fine, but incoming calls are dropped almost immediately. Call stays online when placing calls, but not when receiving. Sort of defeats the purpose of having "hands free" connectivity in the car, doesn't it? Also, when activating the GPS function on the phone, it won't transmit if you have bluetooth activated. Again...defeats purpose of the feature

Sorry you are having problems with your Car's Bluetooth connectivity. I see that evolving to be a more universally compatible technology soon. Make sure that your in car devices firmware is at least 1.2 otherwise connection will be spotty. Also I learned this trick from one of our product specialists "that having the in car device search for the handset FIRST instead of the handset searching for in car device results in a trouble free connection most of the time. Also sometimes depending on the vehicle the handsets auto pair may need to be turned off."

LGPP is correct about having the car search for the device rather than other way. But since you have already successfully paired and connected, I am curious.

Couple of questions:

- Can you tell us what kind of carkit you are using?
- When you answer calls and it drops, does this happen when you answer from the carkit or the phone? Both?
- When you mention that GPS wont transmit when BT is connected....what do you mean by that?
Assuming you are using the ATT Navigator app do you mean Cell data wont transmit or the audio for the turn by turn is not transmitting over BT?
