I normally use the USB Cable to transfer Data between my PC and Phone.... But the Xenon does support Bluetooth file transfer so all you would need would be Bluetooth software Client on your PC and then Pair the two and initiate a transfer on one one end. The USB connection is actually easier and will also allow access to the MicroSD card of the Xenon. |

Under the "Umbrella" of the Bluetooth Protocol, there are several different modules that can be supported like File Transfer... I'm not sure that the Xenon fully supports file Transfer in the way you are trying to use it... I think the only way to get files back and forth is by using a USB Data cable. You will also need a MicroSD card in the phone. BitPim? Unfortunately it's not going to work for you. BitPim only supports Phones based on CDMA technology, like Verizon... The Xenon is based on GSM Technology. So depending on what you want to transfer, I think the USB Data cable is your best route. |

Is there a software update that corrects this problem? Every single phone can send and receive files through bluetooth except for this, I find that outrageous, I can't use the bluetooth service to connect a keyboard as well. Can you provide a software update for this issue? Thanks. |
