The bluetooth on my phone is no longer working. It will not find anyone or let anyone find me. Is there a remedy for this without having to send my phone in for repair?
If it is under 1 year and in warranty I would contact AT&T for a warranty replacement instead of sending it in to be fixed. They may even exchange it over the counter if there is no physical damage to the unit. Probably just a glitch in your BT software... There is no software update for that.
