I have a LG Dare with v06 firmware version using a BlueAnt z9i bluetooth headset with version 1.1 firmware. I am a verizon customer.

There is a bug or issue when I press the hangup button on the Dare, the headset shuts off. Is this a known issue with the headset and the Dare? Is there a plan to fix in an upcoming firmware release?

The problem only happens when i terminate a call using the red hangup button. If I use the touch screen, the headset does not shut off.

Also, the voice calling features on the dare do not work whatever headset I use. I seem to get static using my Jabra headset and my Kenwood Bluetooth car headset as well. Is it possible there is a bluetooth problem with the phone itself?

This is the first I have personally heard of this issue. I did a little searching around on the web and saw another report that mirrors your experience exactly. I also found another report that did not report the issue. I am sending you experience in a report so that we can see what we hear back. In the meantime I wonder if anyone else has experienced that same thing.

I'm having the same exact problem. Have there been any fixes or solutions to this?
