So you have a MicroSD card? Set your phone's USB Connection to "Data" and under the Tools Menu select USB Mass Storage, which will mount your Card as a removable drive on your PC. On the MicroSD card there should be several folders. One the folders is named "My_Sounds" You need to copy your RIngtones into this folder. Once they are there, Click on the "safely Remove Hardware" icon in your system try on your PC and on the phone press the "exit" button so the phone is removed from the PC. You access the sounds by going to Media Center from the menu and choose Music & Tones and then My Ringtones or My Sounds. Your tones should be there so you can click on each one and a menu will pop up and ask you what you want to do. Select "Set As" and choose how you want to use it. Let me know if you have any questions. |

No Worries... Are you trying to send a sound or a Music file? You won't be able to send anything from your "My_Music" folder, I'm gusseting because of "Digital Rights Management Issues" ... however you can send "Sounds" from your "My Sounds" folder Go to the "Media Center">> Music&Tones>>My Sounds>> and highlight the sound you want to send and then select Options and then Send. |

Txt message is one way to send sounds. You can locate the "Media Center" in the Main menu, it's number #5 in the Center of the screen with the Flip open. Yeah, sorry about that. I didn't dig through the menus deep enough to see what Send options were available for Sounds. So the only thing you'll be able to Bluetooth is pictures... I don't know why, I'm guess it was a request from Verizon that that feature be disabled. |

Ok, I'm not that familiar with Bluegrass or how they have our phones configured. But it doesn't sound like you can send Sounds or Music files via Bluetooth. The only way to do it would be to use a MicroSD card and transfer them that way, if your friends phone has a microSD card slot. |

You can get a Micro SD card for the Env3, then copy your songs to the My_Music folder once you have formatted the card in the phone to create the folders. No sub-folders, just the songs. The you should be able to browse them on your phone. I haven't tried "syncing", but I have copied mp3's into the music folder and they work just fine. |

Syncing can be done through Popular Apps like Win Media Player (ver 10 or newer)also VCast Media Manager, which is free from the Verizon Web Site, and it seems to work well. |
