I purchased the headset in April. The first ear clip (holds to head) broke after about 5-6 weeks. Fortunately, a friend had dropped his into dishwater and had the piece. Now, that one is broken. It has driven me crazy. Anyone think this is a poor design???

There were some that I think were a little brittle... Verizon stores actually carry packs of replacement clips. I think they come in bags of 3 or 5 clips. The replacements should be a little softer so they are more resistant to breaking. Most of the Verizon Corp stores have access to them.

I am not happy with this ear piece.  I did not wear it very many times, maybe a month of use and the plastic ear peice broke.  I  went to 2 Verizon stores and they sent me on wild goose chases.  This is not a good experience.  The blue tooth capabilities are good but because of the stupid plastic peice I suggest buying a different model.

I'm sorry about the ear clip...  I'm surprised that Verizon couldn't help you, I know the Ear Loop is in Verizon's inventory list.  They should have been able to help you out.

Have you tried LG Support?  You can reach them at (800) 793-8896

I know the Verizon Corp stores have them as a Part # they either stock or can order.  I think they come in a pack of 5.  You might also try LG Support at (800) 793-8896, hopfully they have them available.
