I'm having the SAME problem with an Env3 purchased last week from Verizon. My BMW shows up on the phone as a device, but the car cannot find the phone... I'm ready to return it since hands-free driving is a must in NJ. |

I was having trouble until I found a setting "earpiece" or "speaker". I set it for earpiece and it solved my problem. |

I sometimes have the same problem with UX 840 Tritan. I often can poser cycle the device, Motorola S9 & Chrysler Town & Country Uconnect. This doesn't work all the time. I cannot find a "earpiece" or "speaker" setting for the devices. On the Tritan the device connection settings are not configurable. This is a pain, I have to delete the device and reconnect just to the "always connect" to "ask for connect". |

I have the enV3 and have paired my phone with my Garmin Streetpilot. My problem is that it power cycles the phone over and over again and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Anyone have this issue or know what I can do to fix it? |

Hi. Do you know what software you are currently running right now? |

I just updated my firmware this afternoon and haven't had the opportunity to see if that helps the bluetooth issue with the garmin. Thanks for the info! |
