I am having an issue with the blue-tooth i am using on my LG Env3 phone, when you use a phone you and the other person can talk at the same time and you can hear each other, but when i am using a bluetooth on this particular phone (Env3), then if the other person is talking then he wont hear me while he is talking, i can talk and say things just to find out that he didn't hear me because he was in the middle of talking, so i can hear him talking but he can't hear me, that is very annoying, is this a setting on the phone? or is it the phone? is this normal? i had a different phone before (Motorola rizer) with the same bluetooth, i never had an issue, i just got a new bluetooth, different model, and i am having the same problem, can anyone help? |

I haven't had any problems on my enV3 but I have only used LG branded Bluetooth headset with the enV3... Have you tried to re-pairing process between the Headset and the phone? The enV3 does support Bluetooth 2.1 so the two way communication should just happen... Did you say you have tried multiple headsets? |

I was asking if you had deleted and tried the Pairing process again... But since you have two Head Sets that are experiencing the same problems that probably wouldn't help. Does the Plantroincs Head Set have setting to choose between Half and Full Duplexing? this could effect the One way at a time or two way communications. Do you have another LG phone you can try? I Called Plantronics just to bounce this issue off of them and they state that the enV3 is supported and they were interested in the issue you have reported. They asked me to have you call them and they will help troubleshoot your issue... (800) 544-4660 Please let me know what you find out. |

So all of the Bluetooth headsets you have tried on this particular enV3 are exhibiting the one way communication issues? I have not seen this issue before and I don't know what else to try... You have verified that the head sets work on different phones, you have tried pairing multiple headsets to this one phone. You have tried Pairing the Headset multiple times... |

I see you posted this issue with the enV3... At that time you were using a Plantronics Voyager PRO Bluetooth Headset. Is this the headset you are using now? Did you ever get a hold Plantronics to see if they had any information on the issue, on there side? (800) 544-4660 Using the LG HBM-260 Bluetooth Headset, I'm not able to replicate your issue on my Octane. I'm running Version ZV6 software on my Octane, which is the current version. Do you know which ver you are using? Unfortunately, I don't have a Plantronics headset to test. If you can verify that you are still using the Voyager headset, I'll create a Trouble Ticket on this issue, and get Development to look at it. |

Yes, I am still using the Plantronics Voyager PRO Bluetooth, but I tried other brands as well all have the same issue, and when I tried my Bluetooth with other phones, I had no problems talking and listening at the same time, if you think that the LG HBM-260 or any other bluetooth then I will get that Bluetooth and I hope I won’t have any problems |
