ThIs phone will NOT stay connected to the Bluetooth device! I've had the same problem with three different phones, all the same model. Verizon said its a software problem with the phone and the LG is working on it. Wonder how long that will take? |

Just keep calling Verizon and tell them that your phone does not perform as expected, and then keep trading out the unsatisfactory units until you get one that works. It took me 3 phones in 3 weeks to finally get one that will pair and connect with a bluetooth headset. Don't give up! |

I am having the same issue. First phone software updated by Verizon, then Jawbone would not connect. They sent me a second phone (refurbished and with latest version of software) and Jawbone would not connect. When I returned to the store, they found the phone would not recognize any bluetooth devices. Third phone on the way. Verizon indicates if this one doesn't work, they will replace with env3. Other than a little inconvenience and time, I am quite happy with the LG phone and Verizon's willingness to fix my problem. |
