I have a CU515 and am trying to hook up a Scala Rider Headset to it using Bluetooth. Everything works except the Music Player through the earphones.

I hooked up my wifes CU720 to her Scala Rider Headset using Bluetooth and everything works on it, including the Music Player through the earphones.

The version of Bluetooth on both phones is the same, i.e. 1.2 The version of Bluetooth on the earphones is 2.0.

What am I doing wrong with the CU515?

The CU515 does not have stereo capability through a Bluetooth headset only mono.

Hi. Can you explain what is happening? The CU515 will support A2DP (Stereo) although the Scala Rider is a mono headset from what I understand.

- Will the songs will play on the CU515 without it being connected?
- What format are your songs? mp3? what bitrate?
- Are yo using the media player application or are you just tryig to see if ringtones play from the phone?

as I know Radio technology enables devices such as computers, mobile phones and hands-free kits to be connected without cables up to 30 feet away. Provides complete wireless mobility. Bluetooth connections will vary depending on the profiles your device supports.
Cellular devices with music players include software to play music from memory storage for MP3, WMA, AAC, or other types of music files.

The amount of music that can be uploaded is determined by the amount of available memory the phone supports either internally or through an expandable memory card slot.

While some of the newer phones have the option to download music using a "high speed data transfer" others will have to be connected directly to the computer via a data cable or Sandisk reader.
