My CF360 appears to pair and connect properly with my new Dual XHD 7714, streams audio files properly, and rings for incoming calls. However, the audio for the call is not transferred to the radio. I contacted Dual and they said it should work. Any suggestions? The radio has a button to transfer the audio during a call but it doesn't transfer it. The radio works fine with my wife's Moto Razr. My CF360 works fine with a Motorola H350 headset.

Do you know what version of Bluetooth the Dual XHD 7714 supports? Do they have a compatibility list and is the CF360 on it? I don't have a Dual to test and I haven't heard of anyone else trying one. Try pulling the battery on the CF360 and wait a minute then replace the battery and try re-pairing the two to see if that helps.

According to the dual website the radio Bluetooth specs are:

Built-in Bluetooth (version 2.0)
Wireless hands free operation with caller ID
Supports A2DP streaming audio

I can't find a compatibility list. I'll try pulling and the battery and replacing it after a minute, and then repairing.
